Owens & Minor is seeking a senior pricing leader to drive enterprise pricing strategy and governance across product lines and distribution channels. You will lead the Deal Desk, manage GPO relationships, and oversee pricing contracts with a focus on margin protection and growth.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, cross-functional leadership, and transformation across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, and IT. A strong healthcare distribution background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in pricing, revenue management, or commercial excellence.
• Experience in healthcare distribution or related complex supply chains is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern enterprise pricing frameworks, policies, and parameters across products and channels.
• Lead Deal Desk to evaluate and approve complex commercial opportunities with margin governance.
• Oversee contracting, pricing agreements, and GPO relationships with compliance controls.
• Build analytics to track pricing effectiveness, profitability, and revenue trends for leadership.
• Bridge commercial strategy with operations, IT, and Finance for scalable transformation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing pricing and analytics team.
