Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Director of Pricing to partner with Lines of Business to shape pricing strategy, governance, and analytics that drive profitable growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Commercial Operations to improve pricing discipline, support value-based pricing, and ensure pricing execution aligns with approved strategies and local market realities.

This role leads pricing technology, data management, and dashboards that measure effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, Sales Operations, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience improving profitability through pricing execution and analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of customer profitability, pricing governance, and commercial processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain enterprise pricing frameworks, playbooks, approval guidelines, and exception processes for consistent execution.
• Support local market flexibility while clarifying pricing decision ownership with Lines of Business.
• Partner with Lines of Business to define segmenting, value-based pricing, and tier structures.
• Facilitate pricing reviews, exception management, and recommended actions.
• Monitor pricing performance and provide insight-driven recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and KPIs to measure pricing effectiveness and margin impact.
