Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Preconstruction Director to lead multi-project estimates and align with corporate goals in Texas. You will drive early-stage design and budgeting, coordinate with architecture and engineering partners, and guide bid teams to optimize project opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in commercial construction, a construction management degree (MBA preferred), and LEED or related credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or MBA or equivalent combination.
• 10-15 years of experience in commercial construction and related marketing/sales functions.
• LEED Accreditation or other industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional teams to identify markets and client needs.
• Lead meetings with Architects, Engineers, Owners and subcontractors.
• Develop area marketing plans and goals for new work and client contacts.
• Solicit subcontractors and vendors, evaluate bid scopes and requirements.
• Prepare conceptual estimates, project budgets, schedules and constructability reviews.
• Ensure safety, meet schedules and maintain client satisfaction.
