Job summary

Flintco in Texas is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the liaison between owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, applying construction expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will supervise project personnel and ensure resources meet project needs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating procurement and submissions, reviewing subcontractor work, and ensuring closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, including estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates, bids, and allocate personnel.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and contract administration; review shop drawings.
• Develop preliminary and detailed project schedules; monitor progress and address delays.
• Ensure pre-requisites (cash flow, lists, submittals) are prepared and submitted to architects/engineers.
• Collaborate with field teams to manage materials delivery and site operations.
• Ensure punch-list completion and closeout documentation.
