Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to plan, coordinate and direct electrical estimating and related preconstruction functions for regional operations. The role requires leading design/build estimations, managing bid processes, and ensuring accuracy of cost data.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and roughly 7 years of electrical estimating experience in large-scale commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 7 years’ experience in electrical estimating for commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of code requirements and electrical calculations.
• Ability to manage bid process and coordinate with subs.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical estimating for design/build and plans/spec work.
• Manage the bid process with subcontractors and document control.
• Review electrical studies and perform cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project and construction teams during design and execution.
• Build relationships with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
