Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director, Power Delivery Solutions, to lead the delivery of engineering and professional services for assigned programs. The role requires navigating multiple technical teams, reviewing progress, and ensuring contract compliance while driving value for the client.

The candidate will work with PMO and other leaders to optimize program management, forecast financials, and oversee quality across deliverables, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with section managers on delivery of engineering activities and resource management.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and conduct deep dive investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income for the program.
