Leidos seeks a Program Director for Power Delivery Solutions to lead engineering and professional services on assigned programs. The role requires guiding technical teams, reviewing progress, and driving outcomes aligned with contract and technical requirements.

Applicants should have a BS in Engineering with 10+ years in electric utility engineering and a strong grasp of electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical aspects of power delivery, plus solid communication skills and leadership

Qualifications

BS in Engineering; 10+ years of electric utility engineering experience.
Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
Advanced understanding of the electric power utility industry.

Responsibilities

The Program Director will manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
PD will engage technical teams providing services, review team progress, evaluate team effectiveness and maximize outcomes.
Collaborate with Section Managers on the delivery of engineering activities and resource management.
Partner with the PMO to optimize program management and provide issue management.
Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income on the program.
