The candidate will coordinate technical teams, ensure contractual and technical requirements are met, and drive value for clients across regional offices.

The role emphasizes schedule and cost performance, QA of deliverables, and collaboration with section managers and the PMO.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years of electric utility engineering experience.
• Understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of the electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team building and coloration skills.

Responsibilities

• The Program Director (PD) will manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• PD will engage technical teams, review progress, evaluate effectiveness and work through engineering managers to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on the delivery of engineering activities and resource management.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income on the program.
• Support the VP-T&S on special projects as assigned.
