Job summary

Eaton seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Industrial Plastics Division to drive growth across the Northeast and Midwest regions. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, quote projects, and build strong relationships with end users and channel partners to grow long‑term business.

Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and training partners, maintaining CRM activity, forecasting, and delivering product and application knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of sales or technical sales experience in an industrial/plastics/filtration market.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must reside within the Northeast or Midwest United States (preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet division goals.
• Prepare and present quotes for projects and negotiate pricing.
• Build relationships with end user customers to drive long-term growth.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve inquiries, orders, and issues.
• Provide market insights to leadership and adjust pricing and delivery strategies.
• Organize training events for channel partners and promote products.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Industrial Plastics applications and Eaton solutions.
• Document opportunities and create 3-month forward forecasts in CRM.
• Support cross-functional teams to align on market opportunities.
