Job summary

Chase is seeking a data analytics professional to partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Tech Leads to secure data for personalization and analytics outcomes. You will build analyst-friendly data products and drive business insights across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong SQL, data visualization and web analytics expertise, plus excellent communication with all management levels. You will shape the personalization data roadmap and prioritize impactful work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields)
• 5+ years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world problems
• Strong experience with SQL including merging data from various sources
• Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture Insight/Visual Sciences, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, etc.)
• Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely with all levels of management and partners

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Tech Leads to identify and secure data for personalization products and analytics outcomes
• Develop analyst-friendly data products that provide easily accessible business insights
• Dive into data to understand why and drive business value through descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential analyses
• Manage the personalization data roadmap, backlog, requirements, and prioritization
• Lead discovery for new initiatives and refine business and customer value propositions
• Collaborate with technology partners to evaluate feasibility and data availability for new projects
• Refine and prioritize user stories to align with consumer experience requirements and business goals
