Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an ENG Director, Engineering Search Consulting to lead a high-performing perm placement team and accelerate profitable growth. You will set the vision, drive strategy, and coordinate with Randstad’s GEO markets and ESA to position RE as a premier partner of choice.

You will manage talent, develop a robust sales culture, and own the financial and operational performance of the perm business, using data-driven insights to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of staffing or related business experience with a proven track record of sales success and business development.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the perm team and drive productivity and profitability.
• Oversee staff hiring, training and tool provisioning; make hiring and placement decisions.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of perm placement search consultants; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Foster career mobility, retention and engagement within the team; model Randstad values and collaboration across markets.
• Drive sales strategy, client development and cross-selling within Randstad’s ecosystem to grow perm placements.
• Own the perm business’ financial and operational performance; monitor KPIs and profitability.
