RESPEC is seeking a Regional Market Director to join our Pipersville, PA office. You will lead business development and provide technical support in the Industrial Market Sector, driving market strategy and new business growth across North America.

This role focuses on client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring teams to achieve project excellence. Expect up to 70% travel and a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with 20+ years of engineering experience.
• Broad knowledge of the Industrial Sector and consulting needs.
• PA P.E. license or ability to obtain preferred.
• Minimum 15 years overseeing science and engineering projects.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; travel up to 70%.
• Strong communication, mentoring and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Consult and collaborate with clients to understand their needs.
• Develop market strategy and secure new business.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution success.
• Mentor staff on BD efforts and outcomes.
• Identify large pursuits ($250K–$500K+) and position firm for new business.
• Manage sales effort using RESPEC software to monitor progress.
• Travel up to 70% and support multiple market sectors.
