ManpowerGroup Global Inc. in the United States is seeking a Search Consultant (MP Engineering) to drive the full direct-hire sales and recruitment cycle, secure new business, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will act as advisor to clients, source passive and active candidates, interview and qualify candidates, and manage the process to meet monthly revenue goals in a remote nationwide context.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of recruiting experience or sales experience in industry.
• Proven KPI-driven performance with financial deliverables.
• Client facing and/or sales experience.
• Prior experience or exposure to leading Direct Hire searches.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Actively source both passive and active candidates for current searches.
• Interview and qualify candidates for current and future searches.
• Proactively pipeline passive talent to build talent community.
• Business development planning and execution including sharing top talent with new clients and cold calling for new business.
• Apply Direct Hire methodology to manage and influence candidate and client search processes.
• Conduct interviews prep discussions with candidates for upcoming interviews.
• Conduct post-interview discussions with candidates and clients to influence next steps.
• Highly phone- and tech-driven role with strong use of technology.
• Other accountabilities as assigned.
