Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Search Consultant (MP Engineering) to drive full-desk sales and direct hire recruitment across the United States from a remote setting. You will build new business, manage client relationships, and attract, engage, and place candidates to meet monthly revenue goals.

The role requires proactive sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline development, with consultative guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting or sales experience with KPI/financial deliverables.
• Client facing and/or sales experience.
• Experience leading Direct hire searches.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates for current searches.
• Interview and qualify candidates for current and future searches.
• Proactively pipeline passive talent to build talent community.
• Business development planning and execution, including sharing top talent with new client prospects, following up on leads, and cold calling for new business.
• Apply Direct Hire methodology to manage and influence the search process.
