Ladders is seeking a Director, People Operations to lead and shape core People Ops programs for a growing workforce in a fast-moving healthcare environment. The role partners with Finance and Legal to strengthen compliance, improve employee support, and streamline processes.

Competenze

• 10+ years in People Operations or Total Rewards, including 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience automating People workflows and support systems.
• Fluency in modern data and automation tools, with a focus on AI integration.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced environments managing large employee data.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday is a plus.
