Job summary

RR Digital is seeking an experienced HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations and guide managers and staff across marketing, creative, client services, development and operations teams. The role is hands-on, focusing on people policies, employee relations and training to reduce employment risk.

The position supports a team of about 75 and collaborates with the CEO, recruiting, Finance, and outside advisers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as HR generalist, HR business partner or HR manager supporting managers and employees directly.
• Hands on in employee relations, performance management, HR operations and benefits administration.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience delivering HR training for employees and managers and tracking completion.
• Experience running HR processes in a small or midsize organization. Strong HRIS, spreadsheet and reporting skills.
• Experience administering Rippling and supporting teams across locations or jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to managers and staff across teams.
• Own the staff HR training program, onboarding, and recurring training on policies and compliance.
• Conduct investigations and coach managers through conflict, corrective action and separations.
• Administer performance reviews, goal setting and development planning.
• Support hiring with recruiting resources, approvals, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain the company handbook and ensure policy updates are communicated.
• Manage HR data in Rippling and coordinate with payroll and benefits partners.
