Job summary

RR Digital is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to run day-to-day HR operations across marketing, creative, client services, development, and operations. You will train staff and managers on policies, manage investigations, maintain the handbook, and partner with leadership on staffing and risk management.

The role supports ~75 staff, is full-time and remote, with requirements including 4+ years progressive HR experience, at least 2 years in a generalist/partner/manager capacity,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with HR generalist/partner/manager roles
• At least 2 years supporting managers and employees directly
• Experience across HR areas: employee relations, performance, operations, benefits
• SHRM-CP, PHR or equivalent credential

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver HR training for staff and managers
• Support onboarding, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• Conduct investigations and provide documentation while maintaining confidentiality
• Maintain company handbook and HR policies with leadership
• Manage HR data, systems and reporting to leadership
