Job summary

RR Digital is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations across the marketing, creative, client services, development and operations teams. The role combines hands-on HR execution with policy consistency and proactive training for managers and staff.

Reporting to the CEO, you will train staff on HR policies, support employee relations, and maintain data in Rippling while coordinating with payroll and benefits partners. This is a fully remote role open to candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years as a generalist, BP or HR manager.
• Hands-on HR operations across employee relations, performance, benefits administration.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and clear documentation.
• Experience delivering HR training to employees and managers and tracking completion.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment requirements and when to involve counsel.
• Experience in small to midsize organizations with process improvement mindset.
• Strong HRIS, spreadsheet and reporting skills; able to explain data to leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the staff HR training program and onboarding, including policy onboarding and manager coaching.
• Maintain training calendars, records and policy acknowledgments; refreshers as needed.
• Partner with leaders on staffing needs and people risks, executing the HR plan.
• Serve as first contact for employee concerns; conduct investigations and coach managers.
• Maintain job descriptions, titles, levels and gather salary benchmarks for finance.
• Administer performance reviews, goal setting and development planning.
• Support hiring with recruiting resources and onboarding processes.
