Job summary

RR Digital is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a ~75-person team across marketing, creative, client services, development and operations. The role partners with leadership and counsel on strategy, investigations and policy updates while driving onboarding and training programs.

You will own the staff training program, maintain records, and support performance management, compensation reviews and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in generalist/manager role.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, HR operations and benefits.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with clear documentation.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment requirements and when to involve counsel.

Responsibilities

• Own the staff HR training program and design onboarding and recurring policy training.
• Maintain training calendar, records, and policy acknowledgments.
• Partner with leaders on staffing needs, workforce changes and people risks.
• Serve as first contact for employee concerns; conduct investigations and coach managers.
• Maintain job descriptions, titles, and salary benchmarks; prepare pay recommendations.
• Administer performance reviews and development planning with managers.
• Support hiring with recruiting resources, approvals, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain the company handbook and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Manage HR data workflows in Rippling and coordinate with payroll/benefits.
• Administer benefits enrollment and track HR metrics; flag retention issues.
