Job summary

RR Digital is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to run day-to-day HR operations with a focus on training staff and managers on policies, procedures, and compliance. You will partner with leadership to manage employee relations, performance processes and data integrity across the organization.

The role supports ~75 staff and is fully remote with priority for candidates in Florida, New York or Illinois. The pay range is $90K–$110K per year with full benefits and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with emphasis on business partner support and policy implementation.
• Proven ability to design and deliver HR training for staff and managers.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment requirements and confidentiality best practices.
• Experience running HR processes in small to midsize organizations and improving them.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing HR training across policies, harassment prevention, leave and timekeeping.
• Investigate employee concerns with documentation and coach managers through actions.
• Maintain job descriptions, salary benchmarks and pay recommendations with leadership.
• Administer performance reviews, goal setting and development planning.
• Support hiring with recruiting resources, approvals and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain the company handbook and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Manage HR data workflows in Rippling and coordinate with payroll/benefits.
