RR Digital is seeking an HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations, guide managers and staff, and train all staff on policies and practices. You will own onboarding, the staff training calendar, and employee relations while coordinating with leadership and outside counsel on complex matters.

You will administer performance reviews, support recruiting, and maintain the company handbook, HR data, and analytics.

Qualificações

• 4+ years progressive HR experience in a mid‑size or agency environment.
• Experience supporting managers and employees directly.
• Ability to design and deliver HR training and onboarding programs.
• Experience handling investigations with clear documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day HR operations and guidance across multiple teams.
• Develop and administer staff onboarding, training calendars, and policy updates.
• Lead fair, well-documented investigations and coach managers through actions.
• Support performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
• Maintain HR data, records, and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality.
