Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Patient Access to lead admissions, reception, and scheduling across hospital and clinic sites. You will shape operational policies and ensure a smooth, compliant patient experience.

You will partner with providers, IT, and administrative teams to optimize scheduling, improve check-in accuracy, and strengthen revenue cycle performance while mentoring staff and promoting a culture of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience in Patient Access, Admissions, or Revenue Cycle.
• Experience managing multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hospital and clinic admissions, reception, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement policies to improve patient check-in and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with providers, staff, and IT to optimize scheduling and EHR use.
• Provide staff training and performance management focused on service quality.
