Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Patient Access to lead admissions, reception, and scheduling across hospital and clinic sites. You will shape operational policies and ensure a smooth, compliant patient experience.

You will partner with providers, IT, and administrative teams to optimize scheduling, improve check-in accuracy, and strengthen revenue cycle performance while mentoring staff and promoting a culture of service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience in Patient Access, Admissions, or Revenue Cycle.
• Experience managing multi-site teams.

This role is pivotal in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance the patient check-in experience and compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and FTC Red Flag Rules. The director collaborates closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and IT to optimize scheduling protocols and use of the electronic medical records system. Key responsibilities also include staff training and performance management, focusing on exceptional customer service and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
