Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience with patient access processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Patient Access operations from pre-admission to financial counseling.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services, Case Management, Compliance, and HIM to improve patient access and satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to optimize patient capture, access speed, and volume growth across the system.
• Oversee a budget of $2M+ with broad impact on net revenue and a team of 150+ associates.
