Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director, Organizational Effectiveness 2 to lead OE strategy, design, and transformation for its Defense Systems portfolio at onsite locations including Huntsville, AL. You will partner with HR leadership to translate business and people strategies into OE roadmaps, drive change, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development, human resources, or closely related field is required; at least 12 years in OD/OE.
• Master’s degree and at least 10 years in organizational development or talent management solutions.
• Experience in a $5B+ revenue manufacturing, technology or aerospace & defense organization.
• Proven ability to lead org design and large-scale change in a complex or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Consulting to Defense Systems senior leadership on OE and change.
• Organizational Design & Workforce Alignment with HRBPs to align with program needs.
• Change Management & Transformation including operating model changes and system implementations.
• Culture, Leadership & Engagement initiatives to strengthen inclusion and engagement.
• Metrics, Insights & Continuous Improvement using OE data to drive decisions.
