Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or related roles.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership position managing teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and drive operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams and optimize workflows to achieve goals.
• Manage budgets and resources; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Engineering, and Supply Chain on programs.
