Northrop Grumman Corp. in Falls Church, VA, seeks a Senior Principal HR Project Manager to join the Corporate Organization Effectiveness team.

You will partner with the Corporate HR VP, plan strategic priorities, and design key meetings including All Hands and off-site events, delivering executive-level presentations to drive organizational impact. You will apply strong project management discipline, leverage data analytics, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across the HR and OE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, HR or related field.
• Master’s degree in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong orientation and experience in project management; apply discipline and process orientation to the work.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines amid competing demands.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Corporate HR VP to plan strategic priorities and coordinate executives.
• Plan, design and support all Corporate HR key meetings and off-site events.
• Create executive level presentations to support strategic priorities.
• Leverage systems and apply data analytics to problem solve.
• Partner with the HR Senior Leadership Team to drive actions and owners to track deliverables.
• Maintain a centralized repository for meeting artifacts.
• Support the Corporate OE Director and team with logistical program support.
• Apply strong project management skills to plan and execute diverse projects.
• Collaborate with the Corporate OE team to drive program initiatives including intern and leadership development nominations.
