Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Director 2, Organization Effectiveness in Melbourne, FL to drive design, change management, and talent optimization. The role partners with OE CoE and HR leaders to shape and execute strategies that improve performance and organizational capability on a national scale.

The position reports to the VP of Human Resources for Aeronautics Systems and is an on-site role in Melbourne, with a broad responsibilities portfolio, including leadership development

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Organization Effectiveness consultants.
• Partner with enterprise talent to shape talent and organization programs.
• Champion digital transformation and OE system adoption across the enterprise.
• Design and deliver organizational learning strategies and leadership enablement programs.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational design and structure alignment.
• Design change management strategies for enterprise initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to improve the employee experience and performance.
