Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development, human resources, or closely related field.
• 12+ years of experience in organizational development or a similar leadership role implementing organizational and/or talent management solutions.
• Experience operating within a $5B+ revenue manufacturing, technology or aerospace and defense organization with a track record of advising and implementing Talent Management/OD/OE solutions.
• Experience leading org design and/or large-scale change initiatives in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Experience leading medium to large teams, including both direct and indirect oversight, to drive successful business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to Defense Systems senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, design, and change.
• Translate business and people strategies into OE roadmaps with clear priorities and success measures.
• Assess organizational health, identify issues, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies.
• Design and execute change management strategies for major transformations and drive adoption.
