Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director of Organizational Effectiveness to drive OE across the Defense Systems portfolio. The role is onsite at Falls Church, VA / McLean, VA / Linthicum, MD and other locations, leading design, change, and talent strategies for a complex aerospace enterprise.

You will translate business and people strategies into OE roadmaps, assess organizational health, and collaborate with HR leadership to enable leadership development and workforce alignment with program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in OD/OE or related field, or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Experience in large, matrixed, aerospace/defense environments.
• Proven ability to lead org design and large-scale change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior Defense Systems leadership on OE, design and change.
• Translate business and people strategies into OE roadmaps with priorities and metrics.
• Assess health, identify issues, and propose actionable solutions.
• Partner with HRBPs to align workforce capabilities with program needs.
• Lead change management for major transformations and coach leaders.
