Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development, human resources, or closely related field; 12+ years in OD or related leadership roles.
• Experience in a $5B+ revenue manufacturing/technology/aerospace and defense org with Talent/OD/OE advisory.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning and adapting to shifting priorities in a matrixed org.
• Experience leading org design and large-scale change initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience managing medium to large teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Defense Systems senior leadership on OE, design, and change.
• Translate business and people strategies into OE roadmaps with clear priorities and success measures.
• Assess organizational health, identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop talent strategies with HRBPs, design organization models and operating structures.
• Guide leadership and workforce alignment to meet program and functional needs.
• Lead change management for major transformations and drive adoption.
• Define OE metrics and use data to prioritize interventions and measure impact.
