Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development, human resources, or closely related field.
• Master’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in organizational development or related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Defense Systems senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and design.
• Translate business and people strategies into OE roadmaps with clear priorities and outcomes.
• Lead organizational design, operating models, change management, and culture initiatives.
• Coach leaders on change and accountability for outcomes.
• Define OE metrics and track engagement, retention, and design metrics.
