Region 4 Workforce Board / Tecumseh Area Partnership, Inc. in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the region's workforce development operations and program performance management.

You will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to plan, organize, and oversee WIOA-driven programs and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines. The role requires extensive knowledge of WIOA and related employment programs, strong leadership, data-driven reporting, and

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of WIOA, Wagner-Peyser, unemployment laws and related programs.
• Ability to coordinate programs with state agencies and community organizations.
• Ability to interpret and transmit technical and administrative rules and policies.
• Ability to promote employment and training programs in the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WIOA implementation and establish new processes and procedures.
• Guide WIOA Youth Programs to meet regional goals.
• Review policies to align with state/federal requirements.
• Validate WIOA data and provide reports to leadership.
• Develop data extracts from state databases for regional performance reports.
• Manage special projects as needed.
• Serve as EO officer and expert on ICC policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular monitoring of records and documentation.
