Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Director of Operations for Fleet Response, based in Detroit or Phoenix. You will lead multi-campaign operations, align with senior leadership, and ensure client satisfaction while directing Operations Managers and staff across programs.

The role requires 3+ years in a Director/VP capacity in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and a proven ability to scale teams and retain talent. Travel flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a related field at Director/VP level in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and managerial abilities.
• Experience scaling operations and retaining staff.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct activities of campaigns with Operations Managers and staff.
• Maintain open communication between staff and senior management.
• Staff and resource planning for assigned operations.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist in crafting operating procedures with senior leaders.
• Focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.
