Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Strong client and customer service orientation.
• Savvy interpersonal communication with clients and leaders.
• Comfortable understanding contractual requirements and terms.
• Experience in service/contract environments and hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a team delivering operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the site, driving satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management group aligned to organizational goals.
• Recommends service improvements based on operational needs and contracts.
• Partners with Finance to manage budgets and optimize performance.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and Aramark standards.
