• Manage food ordering, receiving, storage, prep and menu planning.
• Develop forecasts and explain variances; handle component accounting.
• Maintain records for ARAMARK and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate personnel on production, quality and labor management.
• Recruit and develop frontline team.
• Conduct periodic inventory.
• Maintain client relations across levels.
• Participate in sales and contract negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for new products to drive sales and retention.
