Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Director to manage and execute dining solutions that meet client needs and tastes. You will lead dining operations, recruit and develop teams, ensure safety and compliance, and drive revenue while controlling costs.

The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships, overseeing procurement, menu planning, and P&L responsibilities within budgetary guidelines. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service management.
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
