Job summary

Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Director of Operations to lead associate-facing operating strategy and execution across the business unit. You will partner with senior WMC leaders to translate priorities into scalable programs that improve execution and associate experience.

Responsibilities include workforce management, headcount planning, location strategy, and establishing governance for program adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area (or 7+ with supervision).
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Experience operating in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with WMC and enterprise stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Oversee workforce management and AOP headcount delivery through planning tools and governance.
• Set strategy for associate experience programs, including recognition, culture, and leadership engagement.
• Lead location strategy to support business needs, associate experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Establish governance and accountability for program adoption and performance.
