Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field with 3 years’ experience or 5 years’ experience in operations or project management, plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Design operating models linking Sales with merchants, marketing, site merchandising, and store operations.
• Establish decision rights, escalation paths, planning rhythms, work plans, and RACIs.
• Partner with market Enterprise Leads to surface barriers, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Prioritize cross-market initiatives based on revenue impact, readiness, and risk.
• Lead governance forums and provide clear executive reporting on progress, risk, and decisions.
