Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ seeks an experienced Director of Emerging Technology Partnerships to lead strategy and execution for a fast-growing partner program. You will guide cross-functional teams to scale collaboration with high-potential partners and direct advertisers across Walmart’s digital advertising ecosystem.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or related area.
• 7 years’ experience in advertising, sales, or marketing.
• Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communicate clearly.

• Serve as lead strategist for Emerging Technology Partnerships to drive adoption of products and ad spend.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale to extend team reach and impact.
• Collaborate across teams to accelerate partner and advertiser growth and measure outcomes.
• Set goals with Sales Enablement and track key metrics for quarterly reviews.
• Work with product teams on requirements, vision, and roadmaps for scaled partner management.
