Job summary

Walmart Connect is seeking a Director of Operations to lead associate-facing operating strategy, consistency, and execution across Walmart Connect. This role oversees programs across functional teams, collaborating with Strategy and Planning leadership to align resources and priorities.

The successful candidate will bring emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust in a complex matrixed organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships across Walmart Connect and enterprise stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
Oversee workforce management and AOP headcount delivery through planning tools and governance.
Set the strategy for Walmart Connect-wide associate experience programs, including recognition and leadership engagement.
Lead location strategy to support business needs and talent access.
Establish governance and accountability for program adoption and operational consistency.
Drive continuous improvement by anticipating needs and removing frictions to move the business forward.
