Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in asset management, school operations, or supply chain logistics within a large multi-site educational or corporate system.
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience leading distributed or multi-city teams.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), data-driven governance frameworks, and system-wide change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect network-wide physical asset strategy and lifecycle management across 40+ sites.
• Govern asset governance, SOPs, inventory control policies, and workroom frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end procurement and non-tech supply chains, including vendor management and central office logistics.
• Design training for asset leads and socialize updates to campus staff.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Talent, and Academics to integrate asset lifecycles.
• Lead root-cause analyses and remediation after supply chain failures to prevent downtime.
• Provide direct leadership for a distributed team across four cities.
