Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Director of Member Experience at a private golf club in Houston to lead the member journey, events, and communications. The role drives revenue, engagement, and loyalty by shaping strategic plans, onboarding, and targeted programs across departments.

The candidate will manage a cross-functional team, leverage analytics, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver a vibrant member community and high satisfaction levels while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• Proven leadership ability in managing cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving operational challenges.
• Experience with CRM systems and delivering member-centric programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy with measurable retention and revenue goals.
• Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to implement high-impact, revenue-generating initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor engagement trends and optimize retention.
• Oversee planning and execution of member events and programs aligned with the club’s mission.
• Create onboarding processes to welcome new members and support early tenure management.
