Job summary

Invited is seeking a Director of Member Experience at its Golf & Country Club in Sewickley, PA. The role leads the strategy, events, and programs designed to grow revenue, engagement, and retention across the club’s operations.

You will implement multi-channel communications, manage onboarding, and oversee a team to deliver exceptional member journeys and experiences. Strong leadership and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy, focusing on retention and engagement.
• Partner with General Manager and department heads to drive revenue-generating initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor engagement trends and optimize programs.
• Oversee planning and execution of member events and experiences to align with club goals.
