Job summary

Invited Clubs, City Club LA in Los Angeles, seeks a Director of Member Experience to elevate the private club journey. You will shape strategic plans, drive member engagement, and increase revenue through events, programs, onboarding and retention initiatives.

You’ll lead a cross‑functional team, partner with the General Manager and department heads, and leverage data analytics to optimize touchpoints across the member lifecycle, creating a vibrant, loyal community at one of our premier clubs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy.
• Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to drive revenue across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and retention.
• Oversee planning and execution of member events and programs.
• Develop onboarding processes for new members.
