Job summary

Invited is seeking a Director of Member Experience to shape and elevate our club member journey, driving revenue, engagement and satisfaction across all locations. You will design and execute the strategic plan, oversee onboarding, retention programs, and member events, while leading the Member Experience team where applicable.

You will craft a multi-channel communications strategy, analyze data to optimize retention, and partner with club leadership to deliver exceptional experiences that align

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality, customer relations, F&B, events, or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, events, business, or marketing/communications.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy across all clubs.
• Partner with General Manager and dept heads on revenue-generating initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement and retention.
• Oversee member events and experiences ensuring alignment with the club’s mission.
• Communicate with members via email, social media, signage and digital platforms.
• Lead the Member Experience team and manage budgeting, staffing, training.
