Job summary

Invited seeks a Director of Member Experience in Orange County to elevate the private club member journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Lead a multi-channel communication plan, enrich events, and drive revenue alongside department leaders.

The role focuses on retention, early tenure management, and creating a vibrant, connected member community with strong emphasis on service excellence and culture.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hospitality, customer relations, events, or marketing experience.
• 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, events, business or marketing & communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy.
• Lead revenue-generating initiatives across departments.
• Oversee member events and programs aligned with club goals.
• Manage onboarding and retention initiatives for new members.
• Leverage data analytics to improve engagement and retention.
