Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing complex electromechanical systems.
• Desire to be technically engaged while managing the team.
• Track record of launching products successfully under aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical engineering execution across the development cycle.
• Shape and execute the hardware product roadmap with stakeholders across the company.
• Grow and manage a world-class engineering team.

Skills

Experience with electromechanical systems

Knowledge of injection molding

Proficiency in thermal engineering

Education

BSME or equivalent
