Eight Sleep is seeking a leader for our mechanical/product design engineering team in San Francisco. This critical role oversees the development of electromechanical products, including the flagship Pod, and requires significant experience in launching successful products.

Key responsibilities include leading the engineering team, shaping the hardware product roadmap, and ensuring high standards of performance. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience and a strong background in product design engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience developing electromechanical systems.
• Track record of successfully launching products.
• Deep knowledge of injection molding and electronics integration.
• Experience scaling products to high volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering across the full development cycle.
• Shape and execute product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Grow and manage a world-class engineering team.
