You will lead targeting, optimization, and customer lifecycle analytics to drive lower CPA and portfolio growth, collaborating across PDM and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in quantitative field.
• 7+ years in marketing analytics or related field.
• Experience translating data and models into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience designing DM targeting, acquisition, and account management campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Translate data assets, models, and BI reports into practical marketing strategies and recommendations.
• Lead analytical support for campaign planning across direct mail, acquisition, and account management programs.
• Drive targeting precision using propensity models and segmentation frameworks.
• Apply customer lifecycle analytics to support onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back.
• Design, execute, and analyze test-and-learn programs with valid statistical insights.
• Analyze data and present findings to senior marketing and PDM leadership.
